We are looking for a team leader preferably who has worked in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Key responsibilities include - Ability to effectively communicate with the team members and provide timely feedback to the Factory Manager. Ability to motivate and inspire team to achieve high performance and quality standards laid by the customers. Ability to provide on the job training and use the buddy up system. Ability to effectively work with the team, work colleagues and the Factory Manager. Ability to comply with Health and Safety rules of the Attainable Trust. Experience and Skills requirement- Experience in leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Strong understanding of health and safety practices and regulations. Knowledge of packing machinery and materials such as pouches, sachets, and bottles. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Empathy towards individuals with special needs.
