You'll be handy on the tools, and competent in reading and interpreting plans for everything from individual pieces of plant machinery to large, complex projects. You'll also be a proven leader with a strong track record for getting the best out of a team and executing successful project delivery for valued clients. As Fabrication Team Lead, you'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with your crew of 5-6 engineers - no office ivory towers here. You'll lead from the floor, helping set the pace, mentoring where needed, and driving excellence across the board. You'll be someone who can lead by example and ensure quality and productivity remain top-notch. The culture here is the real deal - it is grounded, people-first, and genuinely collaborative. You'll be on a first-name basis with leadership, who work right alongside the team in overalls just like everyone else.
