We are looking for another person to join our quiet and homely space. Join two females (one late 20's, the other mid 40's) who are self proclaimed nanas at heart and enjoy a quiet and routine home life. This is most definitely not a party house and will suit somebody who enjoys a secure, warm and tidy home. We are not drinkers or smokers and are very respectful and clean so definitely want somebody with the same kind of lifestyle and sentiment. Open to short term if the right fit. The home is owned by myself and was a new build just over a year ago. It is fully furnished including everything you need outside your own bedroom and linen etc. The bedroom itself is located upstairs and is a fairly large room as per specs listed with its own dedicated large private bathroom. There is one additional flatmate and that is a boxer dog. She is a typical boxer who doesn't understand the concept of personal space and will become your biggest fan and cuddle buddy if allowed. For this reason somebody who is a dog lover and used to being around dogs is essential. Rent includes power, internet and gas also.
