We’re a friendly couple living in a warm, sunny home in Cambridge, and we’re on the lookout for a flatmate to share our space with us and our lovable black Labrador. About the place: * Private bedroom (unfurnished) * Shared bathroom * Fully equipped kitchen & open-plan living area * Outdoor patio and fenced backyard (great for BBQs and dog cuddles) * Laundry facilities * Off-street parking available * Located walking distance to town, down a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to main roads. About us: We own the place and are proud of our home! We’re a relaxed, tidy and clean, and easy-going couple in our mid 20s. We work full-time and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Our black Lab is well-behaved, affectionate, and loves a pat! Who we’re looking for: Someone respectful, tidy, and animal-friendly. Ideal for a working professional or mature student. No pets (sorry, our pup is the king of the castle!) and no smokers/vapers.
