About the Role: Our Hamilton base currently requires a fulltime Helicopter Ground Crew to work alongside our pilot to support helicopter operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is happy to work around the weather, and is available for occasional weekend work. • Assist and support our Pilot to carry out helicopter operations in the area. • Drive a helicopter support ute to and from work locations. • Mix and load products into the helicopter. • Handle agri-chemicals safely • Maintain and clean support vehicles and equipment. • Support other operational tasks as needed • Be prepared to stay away at times due to remote work. Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role you will: • Be fit and energetic with a positive can-do attitude. • Be drug free and accept random drug testing. • Safety-focused and able to follow procedures • Have the ability to work in with the base work program to get work done within weather windows and on time for clients. • Hold a current full driver’s license for at least 6 months. • Communicates well with team members and clients • Keen to learn and grow with the company Benefits and Culture: This position is a great start for anyone wanting to enter the transport or aviation industries.
