The Role: As the Te Awamutu store manager, you’ll take the reins of our retail operation, overseeing everything from team leadership to customer satisfaction. You’ll: - Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales and service goals. - Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, stock management, and ordering bikes/parts. - Foster a positive, customer-first culture where team members feel supported, empowered, and motivated to succeed. - Actively engage with customers, driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience. - Be accountable for team performance, ensuring operational excellence at every touchpoint. - The Te Awamutu store is open 5 and a half days a week (i.e. a short day on Saturday and closed on Sunday).
