This excellent Gas fire was too big for my small lounge. Printed installation instructions are included It has been fully tested by my Gas installer. Comes with 9KG gas bottle on Pickup only. Mainfreight will not ship a full gas bottle. Ideal for replacing a chimney in an Earthquake zone as it comes with 3.6metres of flue with stainless steel flue hat. It would suit someone who wanted clean fire near a pool.
