We have growth on the horizon and are searching for an experienced gardener to roll up their sleeves and join our new, growing horticulture and gardening maintenance service for our existing client base. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced gardener to bring their skills and positive can-do attitude to a growing team. Knowing your Daffodils from your Dandelions and showing a real passion for delivering exceptional service will be key to your success. Working 5 days per week, you will be working on beautiful residential and small commercial properties through Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu and the greater Waikato. This position is a Mon-Friday job (although may be flexible on days). Since you are going to be hands-on with the work and training of the team, you will have experience in: weeding pruning small trees and shrubs hedge trimming mulching spraying fertilizing planting irrigation installation plant health diagnosis advise Alongside this experience, you will: Have a genuine passion for gardens and green space Be customer-centric and enjoy meeting new people Be open to new training and upskilling with arborist knowledge and skills Have experience in residential and commercial gardening Have relevant horticulture qualifications and at least 1 year gardening experience Be confident and suitably trained in spray application Hold a current full license car license.
