Since you are going to be hands-on with the work and training of the team, you will have experience in: weeding pruning small trees and shrubs hedge trimming mulching spraying fertilizing planting irrigation installation plant health diagnosis advise Alongside this experience, you will: Have a genuine passion for gardens and green space Be customer-centric and enjoy meeting new people Be open to new training and upskilling with arborist knowledge and skills Have experience in residential and commercial gardening Have relevant horticulture qualifications and at least 1 year gardening experience Be confident and suitably trained in spray application Hold a current full license car license.
