Trade Assist is seeking skilled electricians to join a team as a Leading Hand that will be working on an industrial site based in Taupo. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair work for a large industrial site! This project is expected to go for the rest of the year and potentially into 2026! Your Responsibilities: * Expand your skillset by leading a team of around 6-10 people * Electrical installation, maintenance, and upgrades on industrial site * Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations and safety standards. * Collaborate with other contractors and internal teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
