Shop & Sales Position – Customer Services A full time ‘shop based’ position has become available at our busy Cambridge Store. Our business is centered around providing excellent customer service and solutions to the farming and rural communities in the surrounding Cambridge area, particularly focusing on Milking Machines, Water Pump, Effluent and Filtration Systems. This position involves dealing with front line shop sales, stock ordering, inwards goods, and interacting with our team of service staff. Our ideal candidate would be: • Energetic with a methodical approach to their work. • A good communicator who understands the importance of customer service. • Computer literate • Somebody who enjoys to be part of a team. • While not a prerequisite, knowledge of dairy farming, water systems and farm related products would be of benefit. This position offers great working conditions in a clean and modern showroom alongside a dedicated team of 19 people. Remuneration will be discussed and aligned to proven attributes, previous success and experience that we are seeking for this role.
