Do you have a passion for Fusion Japanese Cuisine? Flexible with hours? Days & nights, weekdays & weekends, We are looking for an Experienced Japanese Cuisine Chef here in Hamilton Central. Waikato. ● Location - Hamilton Central, Waikato, NZ ● Position - Full Time / Experienced Japanese Cuisine Chef ● Pay - between $30 - $33 + Annual Leave (minimum of 40 hours Per Week) Key Responsibilities: ● Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs ● Communicate with chefs and cooks in the kitchen ● High standard Food Control Plan ● Ordering food supplies, monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation ● Discuss food preparation issues with Managers, kitchen and waiting staff ● Demonstrate culinary skills and cooking procedures ● Train staff Qualified Chef should be able to: ● Work under pressure at a fast paced work environment ● Have strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergens ● Have relevant of at least 3 years work experience ● Flexible with hours, days & nights, weekdays & weekends ● Lead the team
