Key Requirements: - Must have either a relevant qualification or at least 3 years of relevant work Experience. Must hold Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and Duty Manger Certificate. Must be Enthusiastic, fast, hard working, and passionate about the Hospitality. Must be available to work on weekends, late-night, and Public holidays, Job Tasks and Responsibilities Include: - Prepare and serve drinks – Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Greet and interact with customers – Provide friendly and professional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process orders – Accurately take drink and food orders and input them into the POS system. Maintain cleanliness – Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Check identification – Verify age of customers to ensure legal alcohol service. Manage cash and payments – Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawer at end of shift. Stock and replenish bar inventory – Refill liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware as needed. Follow safety and hygiene standards – Comply with all food safety, health, and alcohol service regulations. Handle customer complaints – Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Promote and upsell – Suggest drink pairings and promote bar specials or new cocktails to increase sales. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 48 hours per week. Good remuneration from $27.70 to $30 per hour based on work experience and knowledge.
