Solander Group is a dynamic, locally owned fishing company with a proud legacy in the seafood industry. Renowned for supplying premium export-grade fish to markets across the globe, they ensure quality from ocean to customer by owning and operating their own vessels. We are looking for energetic, self motivated team players to join our small team of filleters. About the Role: * Skinning, boning, and filleting fish to a high standard * Processing, portioning, and packing fish to suit market requirements * Assist us in maintaining the highest levels of product quality * Work collaboratively as part of our experienced team * Follow all hygiene, food safety, health and safety guidelines and protocols * Assist with general cleaning, processing, and maintenance as required * Hours of work are generally 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, but can occasionally include weekend days and hours outside of usual week. About you: * Must be a fit and proper person to meet the moderate physical requirements of the role * A keen and positive attitude * Experience in filleting, production, or food role * Reliable and flexible. As we process and export fresh fish, we require staff that are reliable and flexible to work with factory requirements * Training can be offered to the right candidate Added bonus: * Forklift license * Class 4 heavy vehicle license
