The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects. - Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. - Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
