He Korero Mo Te Turanga | The Role We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our Te Whare Hurihuri Service in Manurewa, an intensive supported residence for male tangata whaiora (clients) with high and complex needs. This is a leadership role where you’ll coordinate and support a dedicated team of Support Workers and Mental Health Professionals to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, provide staff supervision, and ensure services are aligned with recovery-focused, culturally responsive practices. You’ll be part of a values-driven organisation where your leadership will directly contribute to improved wellbeing outcomes for tangata whaiora and their whanau. He Korero Mou | About You You’re a confident and compassionate leader with a strong background in mental health and addiction services. You bring a collaborative approach, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to guide and grow a team.
