We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Plant Operator to join our team at the Bottle Swap Plant. You’ll help run different machines and equipment used to clean, fill, test, and move LPG bottles. You’ll work in different parts of the plant, and full training will be provided. This is a great role if you enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and want to work in a company where safety and quality come first. What You’ll Do * Operate machines in areas like filling, painting, testing, washing, and forklift work. * Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets. * Follow safety rules and report any hazards or issues. * Take part in daily meetings and training. * Keep work areas clean and tidy. * Help keep the plant running smoothly by checking equipment and reporting any problems. * Make sure bottles are safe, clean, and ready for customers. What We’re Looking For Preferred (but not required): * Forklift licence * LPG industry experience * LPGA Cylinder Filling Certificate * HSNO Approved Handler Certificate * Basic computer skills * A good attitude and team spirit * A strong focus on health and safety Don’t worry – we’ll provide full training for all parts of the job. What you need to be successful: * Satisfactorily pass background checks such as: Criminal and & ACC history, medical and Drug & Alcohol screening. * Be a team player with a can-do attitude and the flexibility to meet the demands of the operation Must be a NZ resident or hold a valid NZ work permit and be residing in the country.
