





We are seeking for dedicated and skilled Meat Boner/Slicers for our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise cutting, boning, and slicing of meat products in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team to ensure that all meat products are processed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Boning, cutting, and slicing meat products according to customer specifications. * Operate meat cutting equipment, slicers, and other machinery safely and efficiently. * Ensure all meat products meet the company’s quality standards, and adjust techniques as needed to meet requirements. * Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Maintain and clean cutting tools and equipment after each use. * Adhere to company policies, including food safety guidelines, and health regulations. * Report any issues with equipment or product quality immediately to the supervisor. Requirements: * At least 1 year of experience using knives and meat slicer machines. * Experience in both beef and lambing operations * Ability to work in cold conditions. * Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role. * Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. * Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
