Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their small friendly operations team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of materials, supporting our global leadership in the industry. Key Responsibilities: · Set up, operate, and maintain industrial, pilot-scale, and lab-scale electrospinning equipment. · Read and interpret instructions, adjust machine settings, and ensure accurate and timely task completion. · Maintain production logs, perform data collection, and prepare reports. · Meet production targets and collaborate on the commissioning of new machinery. · Support the development of maintenance programs and ensure proper working order of machinery. · Engage with external service providers and uphold health and safety compliance. Requirements: · Experience in a manufacturing environment. · Knowledge of Quality Management (ISO9001/GMP). · Experience on CNC Lathe & CNC Mill (Fanuc) · Ability to work with hazardous materials, polymers, chemistry, and solvents. · Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. · NZ Resident or Citizen status If this sounds like you, Apply now to be part of our innovative team!
