If this sounds like a culture you want to contribute to, discover the sort of career you could have with Alexander Group **About the role:** We are currently looking for a hands-on **_Systems Analyst_** to drive digital transformation and bridge the gap between organizational needs and technical solutions. This is a pivotal role in shaping the digital reality of the business by aligning digital initiatives with organizational strategy. **_This is a Fixed-term contract for 6 months_**. **_Potential to go permanent full time after 6 months_**. **What you’ll be doing:** - **System Analysis:** Analyse system usage, identify gaps/pain points and document current and future state expectations. - **Leading digital transformation strategy**: Develop and deliver systems roadmap to maximise efficiency and achieve best practice state of systems by pursuing innovative systems solutions including exploring AI/Robotics solutions to reduce costs and maximise productivity. You will play a critical role right from the initiation to completion of the projects and within the committed budget. - **Manage Integration and Upgrades:** You will manage and implement the system upgrades and integrations including User Acceptance Test. - **Stakeholder Management:** Work closely with IT vendors, consultants and to develop and innovate our systems and deliver on project deadlines. You will also collaborate with GM -Finance & Systems to develop a procurement strategy. - **Technical Support:** Liaise with IT partners to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and provide training and support to the wider team to ensure high adoption rates. **What you’ll bring to the role:** - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst. - Experience in project management. - Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other business solutions implementation. - Good understanding of Technology service delivery practices and system transitions. - Confident communicator with collaborative and relationship building skills. - Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant work experience. - Previous experience in transport/logistics industry is advantageous, however not essential **Apply:** **If this sounds like you, apply via Seek or send your CV to Anushree –** [**anushree.patwardhan@alexandergroup.co.nz**](mailto:anushree.patwardhan@alexandergroup.co.nz)
