This role involves representing, co-ordinating and leading an efficient team doing all inwards, picking, packing and dispatch, freight out and warehousing. You will also be handling inbound customer enquiries at the branch, providing our customers with the excellent experience they know and expect from West-Trak. Your tasks will include: * Doing data entry in NetSuite and freight systems * Point of contact for the sales team for Auckland warehousing * Inwards Goods * Maintaining Inventory Record Accuracy with weekly stocktaking * Picking and packing orders * Dispatch * Doing stock adjustments and Works Order builds in NetSuite as required * Serving walk in customers for collections * Ensuring all warehouse plant and equipment maintenance and records are kept up to date * Processing goods returns * Taking incoming sales enquiries professionally and offering product advice as required * Preparing customer quotations * Ensuring all quotes and feedback from customer discussions are accurately recorded on NetSuite * Processing sales orders quickly and accurately, working in line with company procedures * Resolving customer issues efficiently Skills and experience required: * Familiar and competent with computers & CRM systems * Ideally experienced in the earthmoving equipment parts industry * Good time and task management skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone contact handling skills and active listening * Forklift license * Drivers license If this sounds like you, please send a copy of your Cover Letter & Resume to rick@west-trak.co.nz to apply.
