Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules for production equipment - Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks - Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Procure necessary parts, tools, and materials for maintenance activities - Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues before they escalate - Collaborate with production managers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity About You - Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities - NZQF Level 5 Electrical/Mechanical Fitter - 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to industrial machinery - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
