We’re currently looking for Merchandisers to join our team on a longstanding program. Reporting to the Field Team Manager, you’ll become a key part of an established team. Your role will be to complete merchandising tasks across a range of retail outlets, ensuring planograms are accurately implemented and maintained across multiple store locations. Key components of the role: * Availability on Monday and Tuesday every 2–3 weeks, with occasional Fridays (typically around public holidays) * Ability to self-manage your own territory * Attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy, and confidence interacting with store staff if required * Commitment to meeting survey timelines and requirements * Ability to complete store visits efficiently and to a high standard * Own a smartphone (preferably less than 5 years old) capable of taking clear, high-resolution photos and accessing our FieldApp * Professional appearance and well-spoken * Own a reliable vehicle with a clean driver’s license, and willingness to travel (mileage will be compensated per company policy) * Ongoing casual role, with potential to merchandise every 2–3 weeks * Dependable, honest, and motivated
