We are on the hunt for a couple of Shift Managers at our BK Restaurants in our Queenstown Restaurant! You must be able to work some night and weekend shifts! As a Shift Manager, you are responsible for: * This is a hands-on position, you will also work to make and serve: big, bold, deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone. * Supervise a small team of Fast Food workers (Cooks & Kitchen Hands) and support them to be successful by coaching, ensuring breaks are taken etc. * Ensure that all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality and customer measures. * Problem solve should issues arise and escalate to experts as required e.g. if kitchen machinery require repairing. * Ensure the Health & Safety of all employees. * Assists with Promoting Restaurant Profitability e.g. focus on costs and maximising customer opportunities.
