Our teams span 17 sites across Aotearoa and include frontline customer service officers, customer compliance specialists, and technical experts. Together, we focus on education, intervention, and enforcement to maintain the integrity of the tax system and support customer success. Mō te tūnga | About the role As aGroup Lead, you’ll report to a Customer Segment Leader and lead multiple teams across New Zealand, through your team leaders. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver services, drive innovation, and support our people to succeed.
