The Right Person for the Right Role You will have a proven track record within the food processing/ FMCG industry, working out planned preventative maintenance schedules. Demonstrable experience in implementing and setting up scheduling systems. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers and support internal staff at various levels. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will assist in engineering projects, promote H&S, write clear, concise reports and plans. Ultimately with the goal to reduce downtime of plant so the product keeps heading out the door on time! As a Marine Engineer with Sanford, you will have the opportunity to work aboard one of our vessels - including scampi, trawlers, and longliners - where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the mechanical and electrical performance of the vessel's engineering systems.
