Description

We have a project starting in the second week of July in the Omarama region. You will be working in all weather and the days will be long. A high level of physical fitness and strength are required to undertake this role as you will be will be assisting the wider civil team to install a flexible pond high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or reinforced polyethylene (RPE) irrigation liner, by carefully laying it out in the hole, securing it with an anchor trench around the edges. Ideally you will live in Tekapo, Twizel, Omarama or the surrounding area and have a minimum of a restricted licence to get yourself to work. Alternately, if you are not local to the area but possess excellent and proven work ethic, accommodation may be provided for the right person. You would be away from Monday to Friday, however there may be on occasion the odd Saturday required. Alternatively, this may suit physically fit backpackers wishing to stay and explore the stunning Mackenzie region.
