Our Site Maintenance/Production Support position is perfect for someone who is highly versatile and enjoys variety in their week; joining one of our production teams some days when extra hands are needed as well as being responsible for the upkeep of the general Site. Some days will be working with animals (sheep or cattle) working towards daily production targets while following set procedures and protocols. Other days will be working solo on the upkeep of the site; from mowing lawns and grounds keeping, to equipment/vehicle maintenance checks, water blasting and everything in between! To be effective in this role you need: * Self- motivation and initiative * Good communication skills * To be fit and strong and reliable * To have a positive, hardworking, professional, no-nonsense attitude * To enjoy variety in your work and be comfortable working across multiple teams * To hold a current driver’s licence (essential) * Ability to organise and prioritise tasks * To be good at following instructions * A good sense of humour! Experience working with sheep or cattle would be ideal but not essential as full training is provided. This permanent full-time position (Monday – Friday, 40+ hours) is based at Blue Cliffs Station, 20 minutes inland from St Andrews. Accommodation may be available.
