About the Role: We are seeking a full-time, permanent tractor operator to join our team based at our Winchester yard. This is a varied role that could include working in different parts of the business as needed, such as silage, baling, cultivation, and drilling. During the off-season, this role will include maintenance work in our new workshop, tractor driving when required, and helping with any other projects we have on at the time. We employ 15 full time staff and up to 15 casual tractor and truck drivers through the silage season. Our services include Cultivation, Precision Drilling, Triple Mowers, Round & Square Baling, Chopping and Cartage also Kinsman Potatoes (Harvesting & Cartage).
