Our team is known for its product knowledge, fast turnaround on repairs, and friendly, helpful service. We take pride in being a go-to destination for customers who want trusted advice and reliable tools. 🔧 About the Role We’re looking for a reliable, proactive person to join us in a permanent full-time role. You’ll begin by supporting the inwards goods and customer service side of the business, initially helping cover a team member on maternity leave. From there, the role will expand to include power tool repairs and workshop support, offering great variety and opportunities to grow your skill set. An immediate start is preferred. 🧰 What You’ll Start With: * Inwards Goods & Customer Service (Initial Focus) * Receiving and processing incoming stock * Preparing orders for dispatch or collection * Providing friendly and efficient service in-store, over the phone, and via email * Helping customers with orders, product enquiries, and service updates * Maintaining tidy and accurate stock and storage areas 🔧 How the Role Will Grow: * Tool Repairs & Workshop Support * Diagnosing and repairing a range of power tools * Assisting with warranty processing and working alongside repair agents * Keeping repair records up to date and accurate 💼 Plus: * Supporting general admin tasks and assisting the business owner * Helping maintain the company website (product updates, pricing, promos) * Being a reliable part of the day-to-day operations of the store ✅ We’re Looking For: * Excellent organisation and attention to detail * Confidence dealing with customers and suppliers * Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with tools (a bonus!) * Comfortable using basic computer systems (POS, website, etc.) * A team player who’s keen to learn and adapt as the role grows 📅 Work Hours: Full-time, in-store role Every third Saturday required Sound like you?
