Unfortunately, our mate has left for a new job in Auckland after 2 years, so we're on the lookout for another awesome unit to join the house. The House: (will get some more / better photos) Warm single-level house in Papamoa Beach with the usual comforts. Heat Pump, Double Glazing, Dishwasher, Waste-disposer, Gas Stove Top. Outdoor we have BBQ, patio, tables etc and a decent size lawn. Nothing flash but nice place to lounge in the sun in the warmer months. The garage also has one half set up with a decent home gym. We are about 3 min drive to Papamoa Plaza, 4min to Papamoa beach, and easy access to the Domain Rd onramp to the SH2 Tauranga Eastern Link/Expressway The double room up for grabs has a good double wardrobe. It comes unfurnished. Share a large bathroom with a shower, bath etc, and a separate toilet with just one other flatmate. Looking for someone who has a bit of bullsh*t banter, common sense, friendly, employed, responsible & courteous Similar age (late 20s - early 40s) and interests ideal, but not a must. The current flatmates: 2x Flatmates, singles, both in 30's 1 x Male, Kiwi, working in Civil / Construction Monday to Friday. Likes the outdoors, Surf / Wake / Snow. Beers & BBQ's. 1 x Female, Russian, working in Nursing / Caring. Often out and about hiking, gym etc. **The dog in the photos is no longer a flatmate sorry :) * We are pretty laid back. We keep the house tidy and clean up after ourselves. Pretty stress free household. We all chip in and work together and help each other out.
