Share main bathroom with one other future flatmate. * $280 large double room (one person only), fits king bed, drawers and other items easily, has double internal wardrobe, afternoon sun, parking down driveway beside house. Share bathroom with one other future flatmate only. * $380 large double room option with own full bathroom, so no third flatmate (one person only), includes parking etc. * $480 large double room option with own full bathroom, so no additional flatmate (suit a couple), includes parking for one car off street, second car on street. Not suitable children though. Exclusive use of lounge evenings and weekends. Exclusive use of kitchen fridge-freezer. Small amount of additional storage space including a single wardrobe available as extra, negotiable. We get a bit of road noise here but the house is really warm and dry with double glazing as it's not very old. Much less traffic at night for sleeping.
