We’re looking for experienced Arborists to join high-performing crews based in Tauranga. If you’ve got a solid background in arboriculture and take pride in safe, skilled work, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do: * Conduct health checks and risk assessments on trees * Climb and access trees using harnesses, ropes, and elevated platforms * Trim, shape, and prune trees and shrubs * Remove trees and grind stumps * Apply treatments for pests, disease, and tree nutrition * Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other industry equipment * Manage vegetation near utility lines (power and telecom) What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of practical arborist experience * Qualifications in arboriculture are ideal but not essential * Reliable transport to job sites in and around Tauranga * Class 2, 4, or 5 driver’s licence is a big bonus * First aid certification is a plus * Safety-first mindset and solid teamwork skills * Able to pass a drug screen * Two contactable references What’s On Offer: * $30–$40/hour, depending on your experience * Guaranteed minimum 30 hours/week * Variety of outdoor, hands-on projects * Join crews who value skill, safety, and nature * Long-term opportunities and career progression Support from recruiters who understand the trade.
