Based in Te Puna, this is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a friendly, small hard-working team. Immediate Responsibilities: Working in the packhouse Grading and packing avocados into boxes to quality standards Following all safety and hygiene procedures We provide hands-on training so once you've learned the ropes, there will be further opportunities e.g. Travelling to different orchards around the Bay of Plenty picking avocados by hand or with picking tools and using a hydralada What We’re Looking For: Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable, punctual, and hard-working Able to follow instructions and work in a team No experience needed – full training provided Own transport is a bonus (or ability to get to site daily) We Offer: Friendly team environment On-the-job training
