Palace Tavern is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring creative flair, consistency, and leadership to our menu and service. About Us: Palace Tavern is a beloved local tavern, known for smashed burgers, fried chicken and cold beers. We pride ourselves on serving and making the best burgers in Bay of plenty What We’re Looking For: We want a Head Chef who brings energy, ideas, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, creating and maintaining a killer menu, managing food costs, mentoring staff, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service.
