The role: We are seeking an experienced laborer Technician to join our Auckland team, must have a background in working at heights. Tasks would range from asset cleaning services at height, with the opportunity for exterior asset maintenance, painting and/or roofing if you hold experience in these areas. Each task uses specified work products and is operated according to specified safety standards and job requirements. * Must have working at Heights certificate * Must have Site safe certificate * Valid NZ Driver License or international driving permit. * First Aid Certificate * An advantage if they hold a abseil / rope access qualification including IRATA or IRAANZ certification; SPRAT, NZQA or other internationally recognized abseil qualification. * 1 years Minimum Experience * Experience in cleaning services such as building wash, water blasting, window cleaning and/or maintenance services such as commercial roofing & waterproofing, concrete injection, concrete repairs, joint sealant application, window rubbers and seals to name a few! *Valid working rights for New Zealand.
