The Role You will take a pivotal leadership role within the structures team. You'll be responsible for driving projects from pre-construction through to delivery, managing complex temporary works, and ensuring exceptional standards of quality and safety are met. You will guide and mentor a self performing team of Site Engineers and field staff, overseeing project programming and financials, and act as a key technical leader on a portfolio of challenging bridge and infrastructure projects across Auckland The Ideal candidate * A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * 8-10 years of experience in the NZ civil construction sector, with a focus on Marine, Piling and large structures projects. * Proven experience within a Tier 1 contracting environment and a strong understanding of NZS standards. * Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team of Site and/or Project Engineers. * Excellent programming and planning skills, with practical experience in temporary works management.
