We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. We are a small Contracting business employing no more than 10 staff. Operating around Bay of Plenty, holding 3 Waters contract of mechanical cleaning of drains in the WBDC, also engage in Commercial, residential, forestry roading, rural works and more. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver projects across scope, time, cost and quality parameters. • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors. • Manage project risks, budgets and resources effectively • Provide regular reporting and updates to management and clients • Ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards • Invoicing (Xero) About you • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Civil works and general contracting • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Problem solving mindset with attention to detail • Good understanding of machinery and Trucks What we offer • Competitive salary package • Supportive team culture If you’re ready to take the lead and deliver outstanding results, we’d love to hear from you.
