Skills & Experience * Proven project management experience in commercial or infrastructure sectors. * NZ 3190 experience. * Exceptional client-facing skills — confident, clear, and relationship-focused. * Able to operate autonomously and take ownership of project outcomes. * Ideally already living in Queenstown or well-connected to the region. * Bonus: Experience in hotel, airport, winery, or tourism-related developments.
