This is a rare opportunity that requires a high degree of flexibility and excellent organizational skills! This is Full-Time supervisory position. As an Operations Supervisor, you will supervise and maintain the smooth punctual operation of our Urban Department. Being able to manage multiple tasks and communicate with staff and customers is essential for this role. Role & Responsibilities: * To supervise and maintain smooth punctual operation of all Urban runs. * Managing our local team of drivers including staff training. * Rostering weekly driver and fleet allocations. * Accident and complaint investigation & resolution. * Promote H&S in the workplace, support the company’s objectives and conduct investigations. * Investigate customer feedback and proactively and promptly resolve any concerns * Responding to KPI exceptions * And other tasks as required by business including driving. To be successful you must have: * Class 2 & 4 Licence & P Endorsement would be an advantage. * Excellent customer service and operational experience. * Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating a practical people-oriented approach. * Focus on results with a hands-on practical approach. * Attention to detail and be proficient with technology. * Planning and organising. * Ability to adapt & cope with change.
