Key responsibilities: • Coordinate plant operations to ensure LPG cylinders are filled and refurbished to the highest safety and quality standards • Oversee site safety and compliance, including access control, inductions, and incident response • Support the upkeep of plant equipment, infrastructure, and contractor activities • Monitor product quality, manage checklists, stocktakes, and reporting processes • Foster a supportive, safety-focused team culture that values collaboration, learning, and accountability • Ensure all team members are trained, competent, and supported in their roles, assisting with recruitment and ongoing performance development • Contribute to environmental and safety compliance through effective planning and resource management Who we’re looking for: You could come from a background or have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations, team leadership or supervisory roles, health and safety-driven environments, or working with and around plant and equipment.
