We are on the lookout for a dynamic Fulfilment Manager to join our team! This full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, involves directly reporting to Store Management and leading a dedicated team. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!   What You Can Expect in This Role: * Leading, motivating, and growing a strong team culture that reflects our company values. * Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures, including Health & Safety guidelines. * Supervising and coaching team members, building trust and respect within your team. * Ensuring the correct location of products to maintain accuracy within the business. * Communicating issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the leadership team with urgency. * Helping your team excel through coaching, training, performance management, recruitment, and workflow management. * Managing issues as they arise, escalating them as appropriate, and maintaining open communication channels. * Utilising internal systems for PGS (Perform, Grow, Succeed), completing 1:1 check-ins every six months, and setting goals for your team. * Working collaboratively within your team and across other departments. * Having knowledge of the products we sell across retail departments * Effectively planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks and goals. What We Are Looking For: * Experience in fulfilment or merchandising within a Leadership role  * Expertise in inventory management, time optimisation, and strategic planning. * Full driver's license is required * Forklift license preferred, as the role involves forklift work. * Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required.
