





About the Role: As a Junior Design Estimator, you'll support the design and pricing of network distribution projects across Northpower's operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering principles, network design, and cost estimation, all while contributing to safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for our clients. About You: * NCEA Level 2 with strong results in mathematics (preferably algebra, calculus, or trigonometry). * A keen interest in electrical engineering and a commitment to completing the NZ Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Level 6). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to plan, organise, and manage your workload effectively. * A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement. * Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
