A room at our home has become available. The house is fully furnished and the room can come furnished if needed too with a double bed, bedside table and clothing drawers. The room comes with a built in double wardrobe. The house is only 9 minutes drive to the CBD. A bus stop is less than a minute walk away. The house has 2 other housemates that are all working professionals in their mid 20s. Rent is $190/week plus $25 expenses/week. This includes power (fair use) and unlimited wifi.
