A room at our home has come available while our housemate is overseas. Room is available from the 6th of July until the 31st of August. (8 weeks) The house is fully furnished and the room can come furnished too with a queen bed, bedside drawers, clothing drawers and a large double wardrobe. The large room opens out onto the deck that gets afternoon sun. The house is only 5 minutes to the CBD and 10 minutes to the Redwoods. A bus stop is a minute walk away. The house has 3 other housemates that are all working professionals in their mid 20s. All are active and into mount biking, fishing and skiing. Rent $180/week plus $20 expenses/ week.
