We have a room just come available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Westbourne Avenue, to share with three quiet respectable others (30's). The room is fully furnished with a clean and comfortable king single bed, armchair, dining table, cupboard and drawers and has double doors that open out onto a covered patio/entrance...the room also has a nice outlook over the enclosed courtyard. The home has gas heated hot water, HRV system for good air circulation and is clean and dry. We (the owners) live in a separate dwelling on the same property. We are a friendly multi-cultural, group of people. As this is a private home, no visitors or overnight stays permitted...which keeps the home quiet and secure for everyone. Supply your own food, bed linen, toiletries, cleaning product etc. Bond of $210.00 required...and returned when you leave, provided everything is in order.
