Hot Rock. A Colorful Rock Album Sampler from 1972

Remember those “20 Greatest Hits” records back in the day. Well, this is NOT one of them. In 1972 Polygram released this orange-coloured double album in N.Z. It’s essentially a sampler, containing tracks from Rock/Prog-Rock albums released the same year on the Polygram label. The discs are in good condition. The jacket is “used” but it’s solid enough and is not falling apart. The orange vinyl makes quite a statement when seen on a turntable, but the varied tracks are pretty good too. I’ve never seen this in any searches, so I suspect this release was only put together for the NZ market (but don’t quote me on that!).
