Tasks and Duties You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Airbnb properties in Rotorua and will be doing the following specific duties and responsibilities: * Handles inquiries and customer bookings directly, either over the phone or through the internet. * Do the check-in and check-out for all guests * Collect and receive payments and make reimbursements when necessary * Organising cleaners * Organising the collection and delivery of linens and other supplies * Conducting property inspections and liaising with tradespeople to organise maintenance and repairs as necessary * Investigate and address any customer complaints or concerns in a proactive and efficient manner * Promote and showcase Airbnb properties * Prepare weekly reports covering finance, incidents, guests' stays, and more. Skills needed Successful candidates must have the following interpersonal skills: * Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience * With excellent customer service and strong leadership skills * A team player, with initiative, and exceptional organizational and time management skills This position is full-time and permanent, with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week.
