We have recently added a planer to our Machine Shed and with a strong production work pipeline we now are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Timber Machinists keen to relocate to the Tasman region. Manufacturing a range of product lines, our planers have frequent changeovers, giving operators more variety of work. Responsibilities include: * Setting up and operating machines. * Meeting quality standards and productivity targets. * Completing maintenance and general troubleshooting of machines. * Ensuring documentation is completed and correct. * Assisting with toolroom operations as required. A trade qualification in timber machining and experience operating planer machinery is essential. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 5am to 3pm, 47.5 hours per week.
