The role: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide customers with professional, friendly, and efficient processing of VTNZ services. You will have strong customer service skills and a 'can-do, will-do' attitude. You won't shy away from owning a customer enquiry and following it through to resolution. You will be involved with some products that are being rolled out now, as well as aiding our wider team with new initiatives and innovations in products and services, so a desire to learn and contribute is really valued! You will work amongst a tight-knit team, and a broader team of product managers, sales and marketing specialists. This is a full time position - 40 hours per week to be worked within the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm rostered Saturdays including regional public holidays (but not national). Work from home days available following initial training period. We are Seeking: • Therapists with 3 - 5 years’ experience in Thai Massage and possess valid training certificates in Thai Massage. Experience in Herbal Ball, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Tok Sen and other specialty treatments would be an advantage. • While our preference is for therapists that are resident in New Zealand, we will accept applications from suitable therapists that are on current valid work visas or are wishing to work in New Zealand. • All therapists must be able to speak some English, offer massage advice to clients and explain their treatments, very friendly with excellent 'people' skills, a passion for their job and the ability to work in a team environment.
