Key Responsibilities: As a Web Administrator, your main responsibilities will include managing business data processes, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems, and delivering reporting insights. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Lead and execute Cubro's product launch and deletion process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product data across all platforms. * Manage and maintain product information and imagery, including preparing copy and briefs for the design team and archiving discontinued products. * Oversee website administration and upgrades, including content updates, testing, and coordination with the development team. * Deliver and manage digital catalogues, ensuring accurate CSV data and acting as the key contact for the catalogue team. * Act as Cubro's product data champion, ensuring data accuracy and supporting audits as required. * Communicate product status changes and shipment updates across internal teams and external suppliers. To be successful in this role, you will need: * One year of relevant work experience in a data-focused role. * Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, and website CMS. * High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvements. * Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. * Must have a clean police report with no charges pending.
